Full-Time Business Development Manager, Advertising

• Own and grow direct ad sales across North America.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value advertisers.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, and Data to bring creative campaigns to life.
• Represent Rome2Rio at key industry events across your regions.
• Share market and client insights that help shape our strategy and ad product.
• Collaborate with our Sales Managers across the globe.

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales.
• A strong commercial instinct and track record of closing high-impact deals.
• Confidence navigating client conversations.
• A builder mindset.
• A collaborative, thoughtful communicator.

• Experience selling into different NA states, or working with global brands and agencies.
• Knowledge of programmatic, native, and performance-based media.
