Job Details

Objective: Drive profitable revenue initiatives within the Graphics North America Division.

Role: Front-line contact for strategic relationships with Automotive DIY prospects and value chain influencers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop market value chain understanding and revenue goal strategy.
  • Identify and lead sales growth programs for strategic Automotive OEM initiatives.
  • Generate campaign ideas, conduct market analyses, and lead commercialization programs (Product, Sales, Technical, Finance, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service).
  • Understand sub-segment market sizing, trends, and application opportunities.
  • Conduct Market Opportunity Analyses for strategic applications.
  • Strengthen relationships with material, platform, and design engineering channels.
  • Provide product recommendations, technical support, and problem-solving in sales/commercial development.
  • Establish pricing programs and strategies for optimal product positioning.
  • Uncover customer and value chain needs, aligning necessary solutions.
  • Report demand forecasts, market trends, and unusual fluctuations.
  • Identify new accounts using networks, digital marketing, screening techniques, and referrals.
  • Develop market condition strategies (customers, potential customers, competitors).
  • Manage contracts and internal function coordination.
  • Assist in divisional strategic and operating plan development.
  • Represent Avery Dennison at market events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (business preferred)
  • 6+ years commercial experience (key account management, product management, or marketing preferred)
  • Experience selling to pressure sensitive and/or automotive aftermarket industry preferred
  • Confirmed skills in sales penetration and customer growth strategies
  • Passion for customer happiness
  • Strong teamwork, cross-functional collaboration
  • High energy, ambitious, goals/results-oriented
  • Ability to work remotely and travel 50% or more
  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Salesforce.com)
