Your Role: In this diverse role of high impact within our matrix organization, we are hiring an energized, inclusive, and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to join our team for our Premium Label Solutions remotely in the U.K. with direct reporting to our Senior Business Development Manager.
Your Mission:
- Forge Powerful Connections: Cultivate relationships with key players in the premium labeling ecosystem (brands, design agencies, label printing partners, packaging manufacturers). Focus primarily on Wine and Spirits, with expansion opportunities into Gourmet Food and Beauty.
- Become a trusted advisor and build a network that empowers you to drive change in these dynamic markets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce packaging innovations and understand their needs for innovation within the region.
- Ignite Growth & Innovation: Identify and develop exciting new business opportunities, guiding innovative packaging projects from conception to completion. Focus on Wine and Spirits, then Gourmet Food and Beauty.
- Be the architect of groundbreaking solutions that redefine the industry.
- Empower Our Partners: Support the marketing strategies of our Label Printing Partners, equipping them with the tools and insights they need to succeed. Be a strategic ally.
- Inspire & Engage: Plan and host exclusive events for brands and designers, showcasing the latest packaging trends and fostering collaboration. Lead local marketing campaigns.
Your Expertise:
- Experience Catalyst: 5+ years in a similar role within the relevant industry.
- Storytelling Superstar: Exceptional influencing and storytelling skills, networking abilities, and passion for design.
- Growth Hacker: Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, strategic thinking, and identifying untapped potential.
- Digital Dynamo: Affinity for social media and digital tools (CRM platforms like Salesforce.com).
- Global Communicator: Fluency in English, and ideally another Northern European language.
