We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to oversee and expand our relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers who sell Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) across the USA. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing OEM partners, and driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs and positioning Baresque's products as key solutions in their manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the USA, focusing on Original Equipment Manufacturers
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up to date with Baresque’s product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Work closely with the Australian head office and other team members to align strategies and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and business development progress to senior management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the interior design, architectural, or building materials and OEM industry.
- Strong understanding of the interior design and architectural market in the USA.
- 3+ Years B2B Experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Well-connected within the industry with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-Starter with the ability to work independently with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel within the USA as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
