We are seeking a Part-Time/Full-time Business Development Manager specializing in fintech, cross-border payments, and financial infrastructure.
Primary Qualification: Existing industry network, specifically direct contacts within IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solution providers (Visa/MasterCard), and financial institutions.
Role Focus: Leveraging existing relationships for fast-tracked partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide existing industry contacts for IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solutions, and financial institutions.
- Utilize personal connections to accelerate partnership discussions and minimize onboarding time.
- Lead business negotiations and partnership agreements to expand the financial services network.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and product teams for smooth execution.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in fintech, banking, or payments, with strong industry relationships.
- Direct contact network in IBAN providers, liquidity providers, CryptoCard solution providers, and financial institutions.
- Ability to secure partnerships without extensive cold outreach.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
