The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing Global Brands team, focusing on the US market with an emphasis on enterprise-level clients. This is a hunter role, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies and other large, complex organizations. You will expand Cint's market share within the US enterprise brand market.
What you will do:
- Enterprise-Level New Business Development (Hunting): Identify and target potential enterprise clients within the US market using various channels (networking, online research, industry events). Work with the Sales Development team.
- Lead Qualification & Management: Qualify leads, manage pipeline, ensure CRM (Salesforce) tracking, prioritize high-potential accounts.
- Complex Needs Analysis & Solution Selling: Understand enterprise client challenges, position Cint solutions, demonstrate enterprise-grade value.
- Proposal Development & Presentation: Develop tailored proposals and presentations, clearly articulate value proposition, ROI, scalability.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, build long-term client relationships.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work with internal teams (Sales Development, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product) for seamless execution.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast sales pipeline, provide progress updates using Salesforce.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Travel: Travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and internal team meetings.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of new business development experience, hunter role, US enterprise sales
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, market research platforms to large organizations
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, enterprise needs, buying cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with C-suite executives
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, passion for enterprise deals
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with lead generation, process and prospecting tools
- Ability to travel
Anticipated Salary Range: $67,000 - $97,000 annual base salary, plus on-target annual commission of $53,600 - $77,600.
