The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing Global Brands team, focusing on the US enterprise market. This is a hunter role, identifying and closing new business with Fortune 500 companies and large organizations across various industries. You will expand Cint's market share.
What you will do:
- Enterprise-Level New Business Development: Identify potential enterprise clients via networking, online research, events, and relationships.
- Lead Qualification & Management: Qualify leads, manage them through the sales pipeline, and accurately track/follow-up in CRM (Salesforce).
- Needs Analysis & Solution Selling: Understand enterprise client needs, position Cint solutions, and demonstrate enterprise value.
- Proposal Development & Presentation: Develop tailored proposals and presentations, emphasizing value proposition, ROI, and scalability.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex negotiations and close deals, building strong client relationships.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams (Sales Development, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product).
- Forecasting & Reporting: Forecast pipeline and provide progress updates using Salesforce.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Travel: Travel for client meetings, conferences, and team meetings.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of new business development experience, preferably hunting, within the EMEA market selling to enterprise clients.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or market research/insights platforms.
- Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and enterprise needs/buying cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- CRM software proficiency (Salesforce).
- Experience with lead generation, process, and prospecting tools.
- Travel required.
