Full-Time Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (EOR Services) to drive growth and expand market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & business development strategies for revenue growth.
• Build and nurture client and partner relationships to generate leads.
• Implement effective lead generation strategies to expand client base.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives for business growth.
• Meet sales targets & KPIs through effective pipeline management and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or EOR/PEO services.
• Strong understanding of EOR services, global workforce solutions, and international employment laws.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy execution.
• Strong ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting KPIs.
• Experience with HR, payroll, or workforce management solutions (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, HR, or related field (preferred).
