Job Details

The Role: As a BDR Manager (Player-Coach), you'll lead a team while driving pipeline growth through outbound strategies.
  • Scout high-potential accounts.
  • Build stakeholder relationships.
  • Qualify opportunities and collaborate with sales.
  • Foster a quota-crushing culture.
Individual Contribution:
  • Drive quota via outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
  • Articulate value for challenges like client-side exposure and data privacy.
Team Leadership & Strategy:
  • Lead standups and refine sequences.
  • Drive team-wide revenue acceleration.
Coaching & Development:
  • Conduct one-on-ones, role-plays, and call reviews.
  • Coordinate training on cyber trends.
Onboarding & Talent Management:
  • Build onboarding programs with ramp-up playbooks.
Performance Management & Metrics:
  • Monitor metrics and report ROI to leadership.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years in sales development, including 1-2 years managing BDRs/SDRs.
  • Expertise in prospecting and tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Cybersecurity focus is a plus.
  • Must reside in Porto, Portugal.
