We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the North American market, specifically the USA and Canada. This role is pivotal in leading key strategic growth projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage strategic projects, collaborating with Category Directors, Product Leads, and Global Marketing.
- Market Development: Identify and develop new projects building on initial successes and aligning with category strategies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry associations, and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for new business initiatives.
- Value Proposition Development: Create and refine value propositions tailored to market needs, communicating benefits and competitive advantages.
- Sales Training: Train and mentor the sales team on value propositions and market approach, equipping them with necessary tools and knowledge.
- Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain reporting systems to track progress, providing regular updates to senior management on market activities, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of developing new markets and driving business growth.

Travel Requirements:
- 50% travel required.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required. MBA preferred.
