Global Business Development Manager will spearhead market success for the Security and Risk Business.

Focus: Driving growth strategy, enhancing solution sales capabilities, and orchestrating cross-functional ecosystem efforts to build sales scale and capture market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and sustain a global rhythm of business.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
  3. Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  4. Drive and elevate the global Risk and Security partner strategy.
  5. Leverage industry trends to collaborate closely with Industry Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
  6. Develop and implement transformative and scalable sales strategies.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  8. Coordinate with Business Unit Strategic Operations and Sales Operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior-level engagement.
  • Deep expertise selling security/risk offerings.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Extensive track record of new business sales success.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills.
  • Ownership of accurate CRM reports.
  • Experienced in driving sales process and working with Sales Operations.
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing environment.
