Full-Time Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - EMC Services to:

• Market Expansion and Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for EMC and radio equipment regulatory compliance services. Develop strategies to expand market presence and increase client base.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Strategic Planning and Business Growth: Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Generate new customers and revenue.

• In depth understanding of the specific market.
• Strong sales focus.
• Commercial acumen and value price models.
• Able to sell ‘services’ rather than ‘physical products’.
• CRM reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in a highly technical B2B environment.
• Experience aligned to the technical aspects of this role.
• Experience within a performance measured CRM based sales environment.
• Sales qualification experience.
• Full clean driving license.

Desirable:

• Understanding of market drivers in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector.
• Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.
• Track record of Customer Service Excellence.
