We are looking for a Business Development Manager - EMC Services to:
- Market Expansion and Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients for EMC and radio equipment regulatory compliance services. Develop strategies to expand market presence and increase client base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Strategic Planning and Business Growth: Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Generate new customers and revenue.
Essential Skills:
- In depth understanding of the specific market.
- Strong sales focus.
- Commercial acumen and value price models.
- Able to sell ‘services’ rather than ‘physical products’.
- CRM reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in a highly technical B2B environment.
- Experience aligned to the technical aspects of this role.
- Experience within a performance measured CRM based sales environment.
- Sales qualification experience.
- Full clean driving license.
Desirable:
- Understanding of market drivers in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector.
- Experience with budgeting and sales forecasting.
- Track record of Customer Service Excellence.
