About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our client base and increase revenue through innovative growth strategies. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
This role requires a strategic thinker with proven success in business development, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the iGaming and marketing sectors to achieve growth targets.
- Develop, implement, and manage business development strategies to enhance revenue streams.
- Create and nurture relationships with stakeholders, key clients, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company strategy.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and provide insights to improve business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development management.
- Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries
- Demonstrable success in developing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently within a remote team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
