About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our client base and increase revenue through innovative growth strategies. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building partnerships, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This role requires a strategic thinker with proven success in business development, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the iGaming and marketing sectors to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop, implement, and manage business development strategies to enhance revenue streams.
  • Create and nurture relationships with stakeholders, key clients, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with company strategy.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and provide insights to improve business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development management.
  • Experience in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or related industries
  • Demonstrable success in developing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently within a remote team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
