The Role: We’re looking for a commission-only Business Development Manager who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and generate leads in target industries
- Conduct demos and present Kannect’s value proposition
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
- Close deals and negotiate pricing
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience
- Comfortable selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals
- Strong network and ability to connect with decision-makers
- Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable
- Passion for community, engagement
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based, uncapped earning potential
