Full-Time Business Development Manager - E-Mobility (m/f/d)

• Take ownership of driving commercial growth in Austria by expanding our footprint in the e-mobility ecosystem.
• Position vaylen’s backend platform as a key enabler for efficient and scalable operation of EV charging infrastructure across various sectors.
• Identify and capitalize on market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments within the Austrian e-mobility landscape.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic account development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and customer value in Austria.

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure-related industries.
• Proven track record in managing complex sales processes.
• Deep understanding of the Austrian market and its business culture.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent German (native level) and strong English skills.
• Based in Austria and willing to travel.
