THE ROLE
- Join our dynamic sales team to help us nurture and grow our existing and new broker networks and partners.
- Acquisition of new high value partners through organising and attending industry events and meetups, phone calls and online meetings
- Maintenance of strong existing relationships within your partner network
- Understanding the cost of acquisition of a broker’s business
- Thoroughly qualifying leads and managing broker expectations and then professionally delivering the outcome, whether good or bad
- Building high quality relationships with our internal relationship and credit teams
- Building a strong working knowledge of our product suite and understanding how we compare to our competition
THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH…
- Solid experience in a business development role, in a professional services environment
- Excellent track record of growing and nurturing a network
- Demonstrated business acumen needed to quickly learn and understand a financial product suite
- Curiosity, positivity and drive
- An all-round great relationship builder
