Full-Time Business Development Manager – Sterile Packaging

• Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive developments in the field of sterile packaging.
• Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries.
• Consulting & Sales: Present our products and solutions, develop customized packaging concepts, and support customer projects from inquiry to implementation.
• Networking: Attend trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to position our company and identify new business partners.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the local Business Development Managers and coordinate with product development, production, and quality assurance teams.

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, engineering, packaging technology, medical technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for sterile packaging.
• Strong communication skills and negotiation expertise.
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style.
• Experience in collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in German and English.
