This BDM position is tailored for driven and disciplined individuals in a fast-paced sales environment. The successful candidates will form part of a new team tasked with generating qualified leads and engaging high-net-worth prospects across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Selection Process:
Only high-potential applicants with stamina, sales experience and ability to work ethically will be considered.
Visa Provided. MYR 10 000/month gross (approx USD 2,300). Commission Structure: Earn 10% of gross revenue generated (after minimum targets are reached)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective international clients
- Develop and maintain strong rapport with prospects
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs
- Participate in regular training sessions
- Work closely with Senior Advisors to support client acquisition
Candidate Profile:
- Nationality: British or American
- Mindset: Resilient, committed, ambitious
- Experience: Sales and/or cold-calling experience mandatory
- Age Group: Ideal for young professionals or recent graduates
- Availability: Ready to commit to long hours and a performance-driven environment

- Online Training Course (a few days)
