Everience Belgium is looking for a Business Manager to join their team in Brussels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and projects (70% of the role).
- Use CRM tools for commercial prospecting.
- Develop and present commercial offers for tender.
- Manage existing client portfolios.
- Support service delivery by monitoring performance and managing team members.
- Oversee client relationships, including needs assessment and pricing.
- Handle client invoicing and financial aspects of projects.
- Identify and implement territory growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and listening abilities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative spirit.
