Everience Belgium is looking for a goal-oriented Business Manager to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives (70% of role).
- Utilize CRM tools for commercial prospecting.
- Develop and present commercial offers.
- Manage existing client portfolios.
- Support service delivery.
- Oversee client relationships, including needs assessment and resource allocation.
- Handle client invoicing and financial aspects.
- Identify and implement new strategies for territory growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and listening abilities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable.
