Job Details
As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Flexis can deliver vehicles and services to customer. You will support and maintain a robust supply chain for vehicles including all legislative compliance and logistical demands. Where third parties are required, you will select the right partner and manage those relationships. You will ensure that an effective aftersales network is set up and managed. Input into remarketing strategy will be required as well. The successful candidate will need to be agile and have a problem-solving mentality. The Business Operations Manager will work in partnership with many different stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating and managing a team to support activities
- Support the creation of aftersales and parts distribution network
- Support the creation of an approved damage repair network
- Support management of a supply chain from arrival of vehicles to the final customer location
- Ensuring legislative compliance
- Collaboration with HQ to ensure effective customer support
- Internal demonstrator programme
- Residual Value management
- Remarketing integration and development of solutions
- Ownership of multiple external contractual supplier relationships
Requirements:
- Broad level of experience across different industry functions.
- Creative problem solving skills.
- Agile and eager to learn & share.
- Highly engaged in sustainability transition.
- High communication and listening skills.
- Vehicle lifetime value chain knowledge.
- Desire to drive the continuous improvement of products.
- Background with E-mobility would be a plus.
- Ability to manage suppliers and stakeholders.
- Able to work cross functionally in project mode.
- Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
- Fluent English
