This Business Strategy & Transformation Leader will strengthen ServiceNow's Technology & Services organization by driving innovation, advancing data-driven practices, and ensuring alignment with cross-functional verticals.
This role focuses on implementing solutions to enhance decision-making, measurement, and focus, supporting ServiceNow's growth objectives and driving efficiency across the Technology & Services organization.
- Helping identify key trends and opportunities and operationalize them with vertical partner organizations.
- Driving AI adoption and other solutions to enhance processes and deliver results.
- Harnessing data-driven insights to accelerate growth opportunities.
- Ensuring the success and impact of AI and other initiatives through analysis and ongoing refinement.
As the leader of ServiceNow Technology & Services advanced transformation, they will drive innovation by championing data-driven strategies and fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.

- Advanced Insights: Lead initiatives to analyze trends, customer behavior, TSE patterns, and market dynamics, transforming data into actionable insights to guide strategy.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a transformation and strategy portfolio aligning with ServiceNow's objectives, driving measurable business impact. Align objectives with stakeholder verticals to ensure value realization.
- AI Adoption: Lead the adoption of AI tools and predictive analytics frameworks to improve forecast accuracy, optimize resource allocation, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Team Development: Build and mentor our team of Business Product Managers, Program Managers, Analysts, and other professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the highest data integrity, security, and compliance standards while enhancing data accessibility.
- Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in AI, analytics, program management, process design, and beyond. Continuously drive innovation and improvement to elevate Technology & Services capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions driving organizational success and strategic outcomes, combined with a strong ability to develop structured approaches to solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated track record of leading or influencing high-performance teams, driving organizational change, and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, translating complex data insights and technology transformation into actionable business strategies.
- Ten years of experience in data analytics, including significant leadership experience in partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining.
- Deep understanding of the opportunities and constraints of different models, adept at participating in the selection of machine learning models, building pipelines, and designing solutions.
- Understanding the broad landscape of AI/ML tools, platforms, and APIs.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data strategies, architecture, and complex enterprise environments.
