We are seeking a highly analytical individual to join our Operations and Supply Chain team.
The ideal candidate will solve complex problems such as scaling the supply chain, optimizing processes, and reducing operational costs.
Key responsibilities include forging partnerships with suppliers and internal teams to drive improvements.
This high-visibility role involves owning projects from start to finish and directly impacting the business's success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing data to optimize processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Solving complex problems using analytical methods
- Driving improvements in the supply chain and operational processes
- Developing strategies to meet future needs
- Reducing operational costs
- Partnering with key suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Owning projects end-to-end and managing change management
- Presenting findings and recommendations to executives and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- 3+ years experience in consulting, supply chain, operations, customer service, or project management
- BA/BS degree; MBA a plus
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Java/Python/Data Management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant fields (e.g., Operations, Engineering, Business)
- SQL or other analytical tools experience
