Food testing laboratory in Malbork is looking for a Business Unit Manager to drive the team and organization forward.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop Lab operations
- Deliver high quality analysis services
- Ensure timely service delivery
- Drive lean organization
- Meet operational and financial targets
- Hold Lab personnel responsibility
- Direct leadership of the Lab management team
- Develop organizational culture
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Key Requirements:
- Degree in science or business
- 5+ years of operations management experience
- Experience from TIC is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic managerial financial acumen
- Exposure to Lean methodologies
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong drive for results
- Fluent Polish and English
