OpportunityThe shelfAdz Delivery Coordinator II serves as a main point of contact for the client, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests regarding assigned shelfAdz projects. This role acts as a bridge between assigned accounts and coordinating departments to ensure seamless project execution. The DC2 takes ownership of National CPG and Adult Beverage campaigns and acts as a subject matter expert on retailer-specific rules and processes. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier products and services to the client.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- shelfAdz© Delivery Coordinator for all assigned accounts.
- Ensures total client satisfaction, through the timely completion of client shelfAdz© campaign requests.
- Utilizes, prepares and maintains appropriate documentation related to campaign requests.
- Initiates and answers written internal & external correspondence.
- Responds to client’s e-mail and facsimile communications.
- Interfaces routinely with stakeholders including shelfAdz© Sales, Delivery, and Product, Client Experience, IT, and other groups as needed in support of shelfAdz© event campaigns. Serves as project stakeholder on project work related to shelfAdz© tag/sign changes, new requests and other shelfAdz© projects.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
- Provides strong leadership and mentorship to Delivery Coordinator I (DC1) team members, assisting in problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Takes a proactive approach toward any process improvements that benefit the team/multiple clients.
- Exhibits a strong desire to learn and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining process documentation related to National Multi-Retailer event execution workflows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable leading meetings and projects.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with Commercial Sales Team members by proactively addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with campaign outcomes.
- Collaborates with internal teams to implement improvements that align with client expectations.
- Regularly communicates project status, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and reliability.
- Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft excel/Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring timely communication while maintaining a well-organized inbox for efficient workflow and prioritization.
