Procore is seeking a Campaign Manager, NAMER to join our growing Marketing team!
This role will oversee campaign marketing activities for the US and Canada specialty contractor audience within the upmarket segment ($250M+ ACV). You'll manage campaigns that generate enterprise and strategic new logos, cross-sell, and upsell pipeline. The goal is to help the company achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute high-performing expansion marketing campaigns.
- Develop new campaign strategies using ABM best practices.
- Understand customer lifecycle and leverage customer data to align expansion messaging with the right audience.
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to coordinate campaign messaging and develop sales plays, offers, webinars, and direct mail campaigns.
- Partner with field and event marketing and sales teams to create targeted, geo-based in-person experiences that build relationships.
- Utilize data to assess campaign success, communicate results to sales leadership, and identify areas for optimization.
- Own the complete audience pipeline outcomes to ensure revenue goals (new logo and expansion) are met.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in SaaS or B2B growth/demand generation marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns (web, email, webinars, events, digital advertising, direct mail, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, tracking, and analytics tools.
- Strong data analysis skills to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
