Full-Time Category Manager Italy

About your tasks:

• Analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, optimize performance and react to current developments
• Manage onsite pricing and collaborate with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes
• Work with the team on cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies

About you:

• Have experiences in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products
• Enjoy working data-driven, have good analytics skills and ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends
• Possess a customer-focused mindset and be comfortable in dynamic environments, adaptable to changing priorities
• Be fluent in Italian and English
