About your tasks: Analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, optimize performance, and react to current developments. Responsible for onsite pricing and collaborating with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions. Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes. Work with the team on cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies.
About you: Experience in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products. Strong data-driven approach, excellent analytics skills, ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends. Customer-focused mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments. Fluent in Italian and English. Ability and willingness to meet with team several days per month.
