Job Details
Hostz is looking for a CEO to lead and further develop the company as a central operations platform for hospitality. This role involves overall responsibility for strategy, growth, and profitability (P&L).
Responsibilities:
- Further development of Hostz as a central operations platform for Hospitality
- Leading and expanding a modern, international operations and tech team
- Ensuring the highest operational quality, consistency, and efficiency across all partners
- Advancing technology, automation, and data-based decision-making models
- Close collaboration with hotel chains, owners and strategic partners
Qualifications:
- Funded Hospitality-Background (z. B. EHL, Hotelfachschule oder vergleichbar)
- Leadership and management experience in Hospitality, Serviced Apartments, Operations or platform models
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and decision-making skills
- Interest in technology, automation and scalable business models
- Understanding of Operational Excellence, processes, KPIs and quality
- Very good knowledge of German and English
