- Restructuring our Performance Review Process
- Clarifying accountability chains
- Creating automated Work Summaries
As a Director, People Operations, you'll tackle ambiguous organizational challenges. Your work will be with performance systems, like our annual performance review process and company-wide engagement.
About You
You process complexity, thrive in getting stuff done, and have experience facing ambiguous organizational performance challenges.
- Experience building frameworks for problems that don't have obvious solutions.
- Able to deeply articulate your proposals through data and results.
- Adept at operating in a concise, asynchronous environment.
You have a knack for translating culture into principles, protocols and algorithms.
Compensation
$243,800 USD annually and stock options.
