Full-Time Senior Benefits Manager

Role overview: Lead global benefits renewals, manage global mobility and oversee the equity program while supporting international HR on benefits-related matters.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Lead global benefits renewals and evaluate benefit programs, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
  • Support international markets on benefits administration and global mobility.
  • Own and maintain equity program files, ensuring diligence and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with Finance to provide documentation for audits.
  • Manage vendors and perform other duties as required.

• Qualifications & skills:
  • Proven experience in a benefits-focused or similar role with global exposure.
  • Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Experience preparing and delivering executive reports and client-facing consulting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to handle sensitive information and work across cultures.
