This role ensures accurate and orderly administrative operations related to the employee lifecycle within the Finance department, specifically the People Experience Services area. It's ideal for junior profiles interested in structured tasks and developing a finance career.
The position covers the full employee lifecycle administratively, including:
- Hires and terminations
- Contracts
- Payroll incidents
- Benefits
- Employment-related documentation
Onboarding and offboarding are managed through HiBob, focusing on administrative workflows, documentation, and employee profile management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining internal databases and tools (HiBob, Flexoh, Officevibe) for data consistency.
- Preparing administrative reports for Finance and People Experience Services, focusing on salary cost data and variable compensation.
- Handling employee tickets and inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborating with Accounting on audits, process automation, and continuous improvement.
- Providing administrative support in recruitment, talent development, and employer branding.
