- Manage the investigation process and casework, adhering to documentation and confidentiality standards.
- Analyze data to resolve investigations, escalating as needed.
- Support crisis situations with internal teams.
- Analyze data to identify systemic trends and propose recommendations.
- Ensure legal compliance and mediate claims.
- Facilitate performance management of Crew (e.g., coaching, feedback).
