The Palo Alto Networks National Channel organization is strategic for growth. We seek a dynamic leader thriving in a fast-paced environment, playing a crucial role in driving Palo Alto Networks relationships within our national partner ecosystem.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute business plans driving partner relationship growth.
- Ensure partners are well-positioned for successful customer implementations and recommendations.
- Extensive experience with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), National Partners, Service Providers, and Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
- Knowledge of how the organization operates and internal areas to drive Palo Alto Networks specific programs.
- Proven history of developing and executing strategic national partner-specific business plans and marketing campaigns.
- Work well in a team environment for partner and customer satisfaction.
- Design a compelling value proposition inspiring partner promotion of our solutions.
- Create services based on emerging and established technologies increasing revenue growth.
- Provide clear and consistent communication with dedicated partners.
- Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain performance reports and activity dashboards.
Your Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, MBA a plus or equivalent military experience required.
- 5+ years total experience, 2+ years in Global Systems Integrator Business Management, Channel Management, or Business Development within the enterprise software ecosystem, network security industry, and/or Cloud industry.
- Excellent instincts and demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership and individual contributors.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Successful track record of exceeding performance objectives.
- Understanding of channel operating models.
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
- Strong initiative, creative thinking, and excellent presentation, written, and communication skills.
- Consistent record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Capable of performing in a virtual team environment.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
The Team
The national channel team is composed of hand-selected individuals driving relationships with numerous strategic partners.
This focused team works directly with partners, internally, and externally to execute joint business plans.
Channel development supports the territory sales team, enabling channel partners in using and selling solutions.
