Generate new business opportunities through external sales agents.
Recruit new and productive Sales Agents/Channel Partners.
Attend sales calls and assist in closing AireSpring opportunities.
Educate agents on AireSpring products and procedures.
Lead solution development efforts to address agent and customer needs.
Performance Measures:
- Achieve sales quota.
- Maintain agent retention.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up with agents and customers.
- Seek out new opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree with 2+ years of prior telecom sales experience.
- Knowledge of telecommunications voice and data products.
Preferred Requirements:
- 4+ years of related telecom sales experience.
- Proven track record selling through telecom channel partners.
- Data proficiency with MPLS.
Must possess a valid driver's license for client visits and regional travel.

Compensation based on location and qualifications.
Salary range: $80,000 - $200,000 per year.
Uncapped commission structure.
