Full-Time Channel Marketing Manager

Reports to: Director of Consumer Sales and Marketing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain MDF budget.
• Evaluate and approve marketing spend requests.
• Enter and approve marketing programs into tool.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, channel account managers, channel operations, and regional marketing on strategic initiatives to drive partner loyalty and sales growth.
• Plan and host partner-facing events (conferences, webinars).
• Provide support and answer partner marketing inquiries.
• Track and report on partner marketing activity effectiveness.
• Represent the company at channel partner events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (advanced degree in marketing preferred).
• 7+ years channel marketing/communications experience.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Digital marketing experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Channel knowledge; partner & distribution marketing experience
• Sales experience (a plus)
• Self-motivated, critical thinker
• Ability to define, drive, and deliver objectives
• Create and deliver high-impact field-facing content.
• Travel up to 15%.
