Verusen Channel Partnerships Manager
Verusen seeks a dynamic Channel Partnerships Manager to lead partnership enablement, partner contracts, and drive pipeline/revenue growth. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding and driving Verusen Partnership Strategy.
- Negotiating and managing partner contracts and customer contracts.
- Training and onboarding partner sales reps.
- Serving as primary contact for select partners, overseeing lead/opportunity tracking.
- Leading front-end meetings with prospects/partners.
- Liaising with partners and Verusen account executives to generate pipeline.
- Managing partner meetings (business reviews, relationship management).
- Partner onboarding and introductory overviews.
- Managing meeting logistics, presentation preparation.
- Driving results through Partner plans and engagement.
- Proactive collaboration with Verusen teams (Marketing, Engagement, Customer Success, Product).
- Upselling existing clients through partnerships.
- Participating in marketing events and campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years experience in manufacturing, industry, or SaaS B2B sales.
- Strong strategic thinking with bottom-up planning skills, focused on execution and results.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work independently.
- Experience with variable compensation tied to performance.
- Proactive and action-oriented problem-solving.
- Experience working with large and small companies.
- Building relationships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Creating business cases with sensitivity analysis.
- Relentless drive to close business.
- Leveraging all roles within a company to align with sales process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%).
- MRO Materials domain knowledge.
- Understanding of manufacturing and industrial operations.
- Experience establishing/managing partnership agreements.
- Experience with direct SaaS sales and channel sales.
- Experience with goods movements across supply chain.
- Experience with ERP, EAM, CMMS IT systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Experience working with Global Solutions Integrators (GSIs).
