Main Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue across assigned territories through a mix of direct sales and broker channel partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies designed to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Broker Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with benefits brokers.
  • Market Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences, broker meetings, and client-facing events.
  • Client Engagement: Lead executive-level presentations and product demos for HR decision-makers.
  • Market Insights: Track competitive activity and industry trends.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain clear pipeline visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and customer success.
  • Performance Analysis: Review territory performance data.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on employee benefits regulations and trends.
Core Requirements
  • Industry Experience: 7–10+ years of B2B or B2B2C sales experience in SaaS, HR technology, or employee benefits.
  • Sales Performance: History of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Hands-On Approach: Skilled in account planning, territory management, sales forecasting, and pipeline development.
  • Sales Methodologies: Experience with enterprise sales approaches.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to design and execute sales strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee benefits products.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in contract negotiations and complex deal structuring.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Adaptability: Resilient and proactive in fast-paced environments.
