This Individual Contributor role can be based anywhere in Germany and is crucial in managing and expanding our strategic partnerships in Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and recruit new channel partners aligned with Freshworks’ target markets.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Collaborate with partners on lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closures.
  • Drive revenue from partners by setting joint sales targets and creating business plans.
  • Strategically manage and expand major channel partnerships in Germany.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for partner engagement.
  • Mentor and inspire a team.
  • Collaborate with regional business heads and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong executive relationships with key partners.
  • Key understanding of the Distribution landscape in Germany.
  • Drive partner program enhancements.
  • Regularly review and adjust strategies to respond to market changes.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in SaaS or Channel Sales, with a focus on strategic partnership management across Germany.
  • Broad expertise in developing and managing alliances with a focus on onboarding and recruiting new Partners.
  • Strong experience in building partner strategies across software and services.
  • Ability to influence across organisational boundaries.
  • A collaborative spirit.
  • Solution sales background/experience.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation and written skills.
  • Experience working within the cloud category is highly desired.
  • Proven experience driving revenue through partners with structured programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native level fluency in German and fluency in English.
