Job Details

Channel Sales Manager is an individual contributor overseeing all GTM initiatives for channel sales, including Master Agent and CCaaS. Responsible for new business across all verticals stemming from the Master Agent channel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales personnel to manage deals sourced from CCaaS channel (deal ownership approved by CRO).
  • Forecast channel sales revenue (monthly, quarterly, annually) and meet sales performance metrics.
  • Build executive-level relationships with channel partners for new business opportunities.
  • Act as liaison between Channel team and Product Management (feedback on roadmap, feature requests).
  • Achieve key metrics: sourced meetings, meetings conducted, pipeline generated, pipeline advanced, Closed-Won business, conversation rates, velocity.
  • Review KPIs and recommend improvements to CRO.
  • Foster relationships with prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle.
  • Leverage sales tools (CRM).
  • Assist Client Success and Product teams with implementations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve materials and expand presence.
  • Strategically negotiate contracts for new business.
