Job Details
Produce new business with defined ServiceNow Aerospace and Defense accounts.
Oversee executive relationship management and lead virtual teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, Professional Services) for clients.
Provide strategic leadership to clients and be the relationship manager.
Work with ServiceNow solution teams to develop solutions based on client outcomes.
Manage executive relationships between ServiceNow and clients.
Oversee worldwide account development, including resource deployment.
Build trust and deep relationships throughout client organizations (project/IT teams to CxO level).
Develop a roadmap to promote outstanding customer experience.
Achieve financial targets for assigned clients (Licenses, Renewals, Professional Services).
Requirements:
- 7+ years of client management experience, aligning strategies to revenue.
- 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent, with multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and executive relationship management.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, IT Operations Management (in software or IT sales organizations).
- Experience achieving sales targets.
- Leading virtual or matrixed teams.
- Understanding broad business IT needs.
- Travel up to 50%.
