Job Details
Produce new business with ServiceNow's largest existing accounts.
Oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services) in supporting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to clients
- Manage relationships between customers and ServiceNow
- Develop ServiceNow solutions based on client strategic outcomes
- Manage all Executive relationships
- Oversee worldwide account development and deployment
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships across client organizations (from project/IT teams to CxO level)
- Develop a roadmap to promote an outstanding customer experience
- Achieve financial targets (Licenses, Renewals, Professional Services)
Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 5+ years experience as a Client Director or equivalent with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive-level relationship management.
- 7+ years experience in client management and aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations).
- Experience achieving sales targets.
- Ability to lead virtual or matrixed teams.
- Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs.
- Up to 50% travel (depending on geography/region)
