Produce new business with defined ServiceNow accounts.
Manage executive relationships, leading virtual teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, Professional Services) to support clients.
Provide strategic leadership to clients.
Act as relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
Develop ServiceNow solutions based on client needs.
Manage executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
Oversee worldwide account development, including resource deployment.
Build deep client relationships from project/IT to CxO level.
Develop roadmaps to promote outstanding customer experience.
Achieve financial targets (Licenses, Renewals, Professional Services).
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience integrating AI into work processes.
7+ years client management experience, aligning strategies to revenue.
2+ years Client Director experience with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions and executive relationships.
Sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations (within software/IT sales).
Experience achieving sales targets.
Leading virtual/matrixed teams.
Understanding of macro-level business IT needs.
Travel up to 50%.
