Job Details
Produce new business with defined ServiceNow accounts.
Oversee executive relationships and lead virtual teams (Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, Professional Services).
Provide strategic leadership to clients and be the relationship manager.
Develop ServiceNow solutions based on client needs and manage all executive relationships.
Oversee worldwide account development, including resources, and build trust and multi-tiered relationships.
Develop a roadmap and build capabilities for a great customer experience.
Achieve financial targets (Licenses, Renewals, Professional Services).
Must have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes. 7+ years client management experience and aligning strategies to revenue opportunities.
2+ years experience as a Client Director or equivalent, validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience, and executive-level relationship management.
Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management (within software/IT sales organizations).
Experience achieving sales targets, leading virtual/matrixed teams, and understanding broad business IT needs.
Travel up to 50% (depending on region).
Compensation: $154,080 - $254,280 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Compensation varies based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and location.
