Job Details

NIQ is seeking a talented Client Manager to enable commercial strategy and sales of NielsenIQ's solutions, ensuring overall client health.

Ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, and motivated by impacting the workplace.

Responsibilities include:

  • Executing commercial strategy and sales of NielsenIQ solutions.
  • Developing commercial elements of joint business plans.
  • Developing NIQ account plans & sales strategies.
  • Empathizing with and anticipating customer needs, providing solutions.
  • Acting as an influential, forward-thinking, and unbiased source of truth for the industry.
  • Developing strategies to win based on client segmentation and product market fit.
  • Building meaningful client relationships with stakeholders and teams.
  • Driving everyday value to enable customer success.
  • Representing the voice of the customer to internal product development, product marketing, communications, and delivery teams.
  • Representing NielsenIQ externally.
  • Collaborating with other product sales leads and cross-functional partners.

  • Passionate and proven ability to synthesize multiple data sources.
  • Leadership skills to support, mentor, and inspire better decisions.
  • Ability to tell a compelling story.
  • Collaboration and high standards in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Experience with complex client relationships and issue resolution.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a relevant industry (CPG, consulting, sales).
  • CPG experience required.
  • Ability to travel to Cincinnati for onsite client meetings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools, applications, and platforms is a plus.

Salary Range: $74,900.00 - $85,995.00
