Landmark Ventures is seeking a Client Operations Manager to join our dynamic business development team.
- Responsible for client success by overseeing day-to-day communications and activities with each engagement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations to drive impact across the Business Development organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, helping manage pipeline progress.
- Manage complex interpersonal dynamics in high-pressure startup environments.
- Prepare for and lead weekly status calls with clients to track deal progress and sales coaching.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
- Coordinate the strategic focus of the Business Development team based on client target lists.
- Work with the Business Development and Data teams to provide regular reports and insights on client progress and pipelines.
- Analyze sales data and client feedback to make data-driven recommendations for optimizing sales processes and strategies.
- Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
- Work closely with the Business Development team, and clients, to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations (or client operations), account management, and/or project management.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Sales, the IT/Cybersecurity enterprise landscape, or working with startups is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and use insights to improve client outcomes.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other project management software.
