Full-Time Client Partner - Banking/Insurance

We're Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining. We seek a Client Partner to join our Strategic Account Team focusing on FSI enterprises in Germany and Austria.

Responsibilities:

• Consultative business approach to build & maintain customer relationships.
• Globally responsible for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand account needs.
• Manage global FSI players (new business & existing customers).
• Engage cross-line-of-business stakeholders at C-level and below.
• Represent Celonis' Finance and Supply Chain solutions.
• Achieve individual revenue targets (six-seven-figure deals).
• Engage with partners (consulting firms, SaaS vendors).
• Drive complex sales cycles with virtual teams.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience in management/business process consulting or enterprise software sales at C-level.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of processes and KPIs (Finance & Supply Chain).
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the FSI industry.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (German & English).
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, inclusive, diverse mindset.
