Full-Time Client Services Manager - Remote

Client Services Manager will be a technical subject matter expert for PayNearMe's solutions, supporting Sales, Account Management, and Merchant Support in merchant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading technical integrations and configuration for new merchants.
• Providing ongoing technical support to ensure merchant success.
• Conducting data integration, platform configuration, and business process mapping, tailoring the PayNearMe platform to merchant needs.
• Collaborating with Product Management to influence solution design and contribute to the PayNearMe roadmap.
• Providing technical support to existing merchants for new product adoption and expansion.
• Developing code and reusable tasks to streamline engineering work.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in technical support, implementation, or software development.
• Proficiency in web-based and native mobile integrations (HTML, XML, JSON, Javascript, APIs).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills (explaining technical challenges to non-technical coworkers).
• Team player with positive attitude and adaptability.
• Resilience in tracking down bugs and critical thinking skills.
