Full-Time Client Success Manager

Client Success Manager at FatTail (part of Chartbeat Inc.).

About the Role:

• Become an expert in AdBook+ platform features.
• Manage client relationships, aiming for "Trusted Advisor" status.
• Act as a Client Advocate, collaborating with Product and other teams for platform improvements.
• Provide business, technical, and product knowledge for post-sales activities, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop retention/revenue growth strategies.
• Mentor and support peers.

About the Requirements:

• Strong passion for client success and product knowledge.
• Ability to analyze accounts, conduct discovery calls, and identify problem areas.
• Excellent software application instruction skills (beginner to complex).
• Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative/analytical field.
• Proven client interaction skills and communication skills (all levels).
• Strong interpersonal skills (independent and teamwork).
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Passport and willingness to travel when necessary.
