Your Money Line is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team. The CSM drives financial wellness outcomes, ensures customer satisfaction, retention, and upsells. This role reports to the CS Team Lead and works cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional client lifecycle experience.

- Build strong client relationships.
- Foster adoption of the Your Money Line platform.
- Ensure clients find value in services.
- Conduct employee-facing presentations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Financial Guide teams.
- Serve as an internal advocate for client needs.
- Negotiate client renewals.
- Drive upgrade revenue.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or technical support (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Experience owning, forecasting, and exceeding renewal and/or new business quotas.
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software.
- Communication skills.
- Passion for serving clients.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot a plus.
- Experience in personal finance, employee benefits, or fintech a plus.
